Please join the WLJ Labor & Employment team for a free lunch seminar/webinar reviewing recent developments in state and federal employment law. Our team – including Stuart Jackson, Michelle Kaemmerling, Daveante Jones and Shelby Howlett – will cover legislative developments related to the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, the PUMP Act, FTC rule-making relating to non-compete agreements and decisions from the National Labor Relations Board. The team will highlight how these developments may impact workplace policies and practices relating to the accommodation process and protection of intellectual property and trade secrets.
This free seminar and complimentary lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the WLJ Conference Room (Floor 23) at our offices at 200 W. Capitol Avenue in downtown Little Rock.
