Professional Experience

Randal B. “Randy” Frazier is an attorney in WLJ’s Little Rock office, where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial lending and banking, loan modification and restructuring, secured transactions, real estate, land use and zoning, workouts and distressed assets, business litigation, construction, and general commercial matters.

Throughout his career, Randy has represented banks, lending institutions, real estate developers, wireless communication companies, and other clients in a variety of transactional and litigation matters. He has extensive experience in commercial lending (including SBA lending), real estate sales, acquisitions, finance, land use, zoning and other complex commercial banking, and land use matters. He is counsel to numerous national and local financial institutions, real estate developers, and corporate clients.

Randy earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Olivent Nazarene University. He is a member of the American and Arkansas Bar Associations.
