Meet Jeremy
Jeremy Garcia is an associate attorney on WLJ’s trial team in Rogers, Arkansas, where his growing practice focuses on insurance defense and commercial litigation.
Professional and Academic Experience
Jeremy earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2026. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk for Wright Lindsey Jennings in Rogers, Arkansas; as a legal intern at the District Attorney’s office in Stillwell, Oklahoma; and as a research fellow at the National Agricultural Law Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Jeremy is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association.
Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Social Justice from Utah Tech University in 2019. Following this, he worked in banking and employee benefits before moving to Arkansas for law school.
About
Jeremy was raised in St. George, Utah. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, bikepacking, backpacking, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and running.
