Quinten J. Whiteside

Quinten is an active litigator. With a focus on insurance defense, premises liability and professional liability, he represents clients all over the State of Arkansas.

Professional Experience

Quinten Whiteside is engaged in an active litigation practice, with a focus on insurance defense, transportation, premises liability, professional liability and employment law.

Whiteside is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel, Pulaski County Bar Association and Defense Research Institute.

Before joining the firm, Whiteside worked in the Washington, D.C. Office of U.S. Senator Mark Pryor, serving in a variety of different roles. From 2009 to 2011, Whiteside served as the President of the Arkansas Alumni Association – Washington D.C. Chapter. During his time in law school at the University of Arkansas, Whiteside served as the Note and Comment Editor for the Journal of Food Law and Policy. He serves on the Friends of KLRE/KUAR Public Radio Board of Directors and the Defense Research Institute’s Young Lawyers Steering Committee as Legislative Liaison Subcommittee Chair.


Whiteside was included in the inaugural edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his work in Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law and Transportation Law.
