WLJ labor & employment attorneys Michelle Kaemmerling, Jane Kim and Regina Young will explore scenarios that continually perplex HR professionals and employers. No matter how long you have been running your own business or working as an HR professional, workplace issues like harassment, ADA/FMLA, wage and hour, and investigating complaints can be tricky.
