WLJ Receives Inaugural BBBS of Central Arkansas Recognition

Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Central Arkansas recognized WLJ as a 2014 Big Heart Sponsor at the organization’s inaugural “Night of Thank Yous.”  WLJ has been a supporter of BBBS of Central Arkansas since 2011 through Bowl for Kids’ Sake, Toast & Roast, and Wine, Women & Shoes. Magna IV Printing, Maple Leaf Awning and Canvas, Bank of the Ozarks, and Simmons First National Bank were also recognized as Big Heart Sponsors.

BBBS of Central Arkansas provides children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported 1-to-1 relationships that change their lives for the better. Antwan D. Phillips, WLJ associate, serves as a volunteer and a member, and immediate past president, of the BBBS of Central Arkansas Board of Directors.
