Hosted by Wright Lindsey Jennings’ Labor & Employment team, our panel will examine hypothetical scenarios employers may encounter under Arkansas’ medical marijuana law, including scenarios relating to the following frequently asked questions:
- How does the law intersect with workers compensation law?;
- Which positions are safety-sensitive?; and
- Employee or applicant tests positive for marijuana—now what?
This free seminar and complimentary lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the WLJ Conference Room (Floor 23) at our offices in the Bank of America Building (200 W. Capitol Avenue) in Little Rock.
