Wright Lindsey Jennings will host its 2016 Legislative Seminar on Wednesday, December 14, in downtown Little Rock. The afternoon event will last from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. and will offer a discussion of the 2016 elections and the upcoming Regular Session of the Arkansas Legislature.
Speakers will include Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Tim Griffin; Roby Brock, CEO of Talk Business & Politics; Representative Jon Eubanks, Speaker Pro-Tem; Dr. Jay Barth, Politics and International Relations professor at Hendrix College; and an official from the Arkansas Department of Human Services. WLJ’s Government Relations Team leader Justin Allen will kick off the event with a brief overview and welcome. The featured speakers will share insight on policy, economic and state-specific issues for 2017 and beyond.
