WLJ Partner David L. Jones, participated as a speaker at today’s “Bridging the Gap” continuing education seminar hosted by the Arkansas Bar Association. In his seminar, Jones focused on The Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure and the differences between the Arkansas and federal rules.
Jones practices in the areas of business law and litigation, commercial litigation, and construction law. He advises individuals and businesses in wide ranging industries including construction, banking, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, transportation, and insurance on issues related to risk management, pre-litigation resolution, and all aspects of civil litigation.
