About Nick

Nick has an exciting trial practice that includes defending clients in a myriad of civil disputes such as premises liability, automobile accidents and first party insurance claims. Nick is a born and raised Arkansan, having lived his entire life in the state. Like a lot of Arkansans, Nick enjoys spending his free time cheering on the Razorbacks.

Professional Experience

Nick has an active litigation practice that includes products liability defense, insurance defense and general commercial litigation, with a specific focus on cases involving the automobile, trucking, construction and nursing home industries.

Before starting with Wright Lindsey Jennings, Nick practiced with another Little Rock-based firm, where his trial practice included defending clients involved in automobile accidents, premises liability, fire investigation and coverage disputes. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he graduated cum laude. While in law school, Nick served as a member of the Arkansas Law Review and worked in the Bankruptcy Clinic. Also during law school, Nick completed a judicial externship for the Hon. Ben Barry in the United State Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Arkansas.

Since 2015, Nick has been an active member of the Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute and the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel.

Recognition

Nick has been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his work in Commercial Litigation and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants in the 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 editions. This recognition highlights the work of attorneys practicing for 10 years or fewer.

Nick is a born and raised Arkansan, having lived his entire life in the state. Like a lot of Arkansans, Nick enjoys spending his free time cheering on the Razorbacks.

Nick grew up in Fort Smith, Arkansas, where he graduated from Southside High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in history, with a minor in political science, from the University of Central Arkansas.
