In this session, WLJ Labor & Employment team members Jane Kim, Stuart Jackson and Regina Young will discuss the duty to accommodate your employees under a variety of laws for a variety of reasons, including the accommodation of disabilities, sincerely-held religious beliefs, pregnancy/childbirth-related conditions and other potentially protected categories.
