These include claims by single plaintiffs and those in complex, multi-party and class action litigation in both state and federal court. We have extensive experience in handling the legal and factual issues that arise in environmental and toxic tort cases, including the identification and engagement of qualified expert witnesses to contest liability and damages.
Our attorneys and paralegals are adept in the management of environmental and toxic tort litigation, including the extensive discovery process that often takes place in such matters.
