Get the facts about the ADA, FMLA and Workers' compensation

Join us on Tuesday, May 23, for our second employment law seminar of 2017. Hosted by Wright Lindsey Jennings’ Labor & Employment team, and presented by John D. Davis and Regina Young, this session will address employee leave challenges that consistently plague HR departments and employers.

The Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Act each have an impact on the way employers treat injured workers. The obligations imposed by these laws are not always clear or consistent. This presentation will focus on the various requirements of the ADA, FMLA and the Workers’ Compensation Act that an employer must consider before and after an injured employee is released to return to work. Learn how to better manage this difficult process through a greater understanding of these laws.

This free seminar and complimentary lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the WLJ Conference Rooms (Floor 23) at our offices in the Bank of America Building (200 W. Capitol Avenue) in Little Rock.

**The event is also available via webinar. If you can not join us in person, please consider attending via webinar. Limited webinar attendance is first come, first served.

RSVP your attendance by contacting Alyx Vanness on or before Friday, February 24, 2017.
