Zach Trail focuses his practice on litigation. This includes commercial litigation and insurance defense.

Before joining the firm, Trail served as a law clerk for the Honorable D.P. Marshall Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.

Trail earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he received the School’s Business Law Certificate. While in law school, Trail was an Articles Editor for the Arkansas Law Review and a member of the Board of Advocates. He authored Rights in a Cloud of Dust: The Value and Qualities of Farm Data and How Its Property Rights Should Be Viewed Moving Forward, 71 Ark. L. Rev. 319 (2018). He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Timothy L. Brooks of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, and was a research assistant.

Trail is from Wynne, Arkansas. He obtained a B.S.A. in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas.

Trail is a member of the Washington County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
