About Eli

Eli Bauer is an associate with Wright Lindsey Jennings, where he focuses his practice on regulatory, environmental and corporate legal matters.

Professional Experience

Eli zealously represents his clients in navigating complex issues ranging from corporate compliance to permitting to defending against enforcement actions when government regulations or procedures threaten to interfere with a business’s growth. Clients benefit from his extensive knowledge of the compliance and regulatory processes guiding their industry, as well as his character and integrity.

Eli practiced with Dover Dixon Horne (DDH) from August 2020 until January 2022, when DDH merged with WLJ. Prior to joining DDH, Eli gained experience at The Office of the Arkansas Attorney General, as a clerk with DDH, and from a Fortune 10 company. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and serves as an officer for the Environmental Law Section.

Recognition

In 2022, Mid-South Super Lawyers recognized Eli as a “Rising Star” in business/corporate law.

Academic Background

Eli earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville, where he held the prestigious distinction as a Pearson Fellow. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology and Political Science from Arkansas State University.

Community Involvement

Eli serves on the executive board for the 4300 Club, a young professionals group that supports the mission of Home for Healing – to offer no-cost lodging to medical patients and their caregivers.  Eli is also a member of the Little Rock Hat Club and is chair of the Twin City Chapter of the Delta Waterfowl Foundation.
