Wright Lindsey Jennings (WLJ), one of Arkansas’ oldest and largest law firms, is pleased to welcome former Pulaski County Attorney Adam Fogleman to the firm, further strengthening its municipal, real estate, energy and transactional capabilities.

Serving as Pulaski County Attorney since 2015, Fogleman offers strategic guidance to firm clients in the municipal and public agency sector, in addition to rich experience in real estate development, renewable energy, transactional matters, economic development initiatives, and policy creation and guidance.

“Adam has led high impact litigation and spearheaded statewide initiatives that brought together government, nonprofits and community leaders,” said WLJ Managing Partner Steve Lancaster. “His strategic leadership and collaborative public service have shaped Arkansas’ civic landscape and will continue to do so. His relationships throughout government and his understanding of the intricacies of public projects will provide a distinct advantage to WLJ clients.”

Following more than a decade in the Pulaski County Attorney’s office, Fogleman remains dedicated to efficiency, accountability and clarity in the stewardship of municipal operations. He is uniquely positioned to help communities and public agencies design tools that expand opportunity and operate transparently. He also offers guidance to business and civic leaders, and government officials on complex statutory, operational and policy matters.

Fogleman co-founded real estate development and construction firms and has led or collaborated on dozens of developments in Little Rock’s historic Pettaway neighborhood. He is a member of the board of the nonprofit Downtown Little Rock Community Development Corp., a long-time provider of affordable housing options for renters and homebuyers.

He serves as vice chair for the Arkansas Advanced Energy Foundation, as a board member for Habitat for Humanity of Central Arkansas, and is a member of the Congress for Rural Resilience and the Pulaski and Arkansas Bar Associations. He is a member of First United Methodist Church of downtown Little Rock.

Prior to his tenure as County Attorney, he served as a Deputy Prosecutor in the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas and worked in private practice in the Arkansas delta. He participated in the Kennedy School of Government Executive Education Program at Harvard University, earning a certificate in Authentic Leadership Development, and he is a member of the Delta Leadership Institute Class of 2016-2017.

Fogleman is a graduate of the William H. Bowen School of Law where he was awarded Top Paper in Administrative Law. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Aviation from Henderson State University and is a licensed commercial single and multi-engine pilot.
