About Timothy

Timothy Frith joined Wright Lindsey Jennings in 2024 after graduating cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law.

Professional Experience

Timothy is a member of the firm’s business litigation team and represents various commercial entities with issues related to secured transactions, bankruptcy, and creditor’s rights. In his corporate practice, Timothy assists businesses considering relocating or expanding negotiate and obtain state and local tax credits and incentives for economic development projects. Timothy also utilizes his experience as a collegiate athlete as a member of the WLJ Sports Law team.

Prior to law school, Timothy worked as a project manager for economic development organizations at both the state and local level. In both roles, Timothy gained practical experience managing economic development projects, recruiting businesses to Arkansas, and implementing tax credit and incentive packages.

Academic Background

Timothy earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. He obtained his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University-Texarkana, where he was a member of the baseball team. 

While in law school, Timothy served as a member of the University of Arkansas Little Rock Law Review and the Arkansas Journal of Social Change & Public Service. Timothy held clerkships at various Little Rock law firms and as a Rule XV certified law clerk at the Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office. In that role, Timothy gained invaluable litigation experience while protecting the public.

Timothy is a native of Stayton, Oregon, and lives in Little Rock with his wife, Hannah, and their chocolate lab, Rosie.
