Join us for a Woman-Run chat with Angie Bowen, co-owner of Zelli Pasta in Springdale. The family pasta producers use artisanal methods to create a shelf stable boxed pasta that you can find at retailers statewide and in their downtown Springdale retail store, where you can purchase pasta, Italian olive oils, meats, cheeses and weekly fresh pasta dishes.
We’ll get together at the Jones Center, Room 228, in Springdale on Thursday, July 11, at 5:30, to hear from Angie about the Zelli journey and how the Zelli team has successfully adapted their offerings to continue to grow.
