Wright Lindsey Jennings is pleased to announce the addition of three associate attorneys to the firm: Kirby D. MiragliaBrandon Middleton and John Jacob Lively. All three will practice in the firm’s Little Rock office.

Kirby Miraglia serves individuals, public entities and private companies in transactional and corporate matters, including formation, incorporation and governance, and mergers and acquisitions on the transactional side. She also advises individual clients and business owners on estate planning and business succession matters. Additionally, Miraglia provides counsel to a number of county and municipal governments on a variety of municipal law and finance issues.

Miraglia earned her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, graduating magna cum laude in 2016. She is an active participant in the Central Arkansas community, serving as a member of the Central Arkansas Library Systems Board of Trustees, Arkansas Supreme Court Automation Committee, Arkansas Advocates for Children & Families Soup Sunday Committee, Arkansas Bar Association and the Pulaski County Bar Association.

Miraglia was born and raised in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She earned her biology degree with an emphasis on dentistry studies from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Miraglia and her husband, Noah, still reside in Jacksonville.

Brandon Middleton is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on various intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark and copyright applications for clients ranging from individual entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies. While his practice focuses primarily on patent and trademark prosecution, Middleton also assists other WLJ attorneys on intellectual property-related litigation.

Middleton, a Conway native, earned his J.D. from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2016, and serving as an Associate Editor for the UALR Law Review. Middleton was a Bowen Scholar, was selected to serve as a Dean’s Fellow and served as Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. Prior to law school, Middleton graduated with a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas and worked for a top 10 Fortune 500 company at a crude oil refinery.

John Jacob Lively’s growing practice centers on breach of contract litigation, banking and commercial lending, creditors’ rights and collections, and bankruptcy. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association and the Debtor-Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas.

Lively earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor for the Journal of Food Law & Policy and as Vice-Chair of the Board of Advocates. Lively was selected by his law school peers to receive the Bogle-Sharp Award, given annually to the graduate most likely to succeed in the legal profession, and was chosen to be the Class Speaker at the Law School Commencement Ceremony.

Lively was born in El Dorado, Ark. He attended Hooks High School (Hooks, Texas), where he graduated valedictorian. While earning his biology degree with minors in chemistry and business at Ouachita Baptist University, Lively served as Student Senate President and Co-President of the Ouachita Student Foundation. Today, he is Chair of the Young Alumni Advisory Board for Ouachita Baptist University. Since 2013, he has been an active private pilot. He and his wife, Gracie, reside in Little Rock.
