Regina Young has practiced law since 1996, serving as a law clerk to Circuit Judge John B. Plegge and Circuit Judge Barry Sims from 1997 to 2002, and engaging in an active trial practice since joining Wright Lindsey Jennings in 2002. Young’s practice centers on litigation, and trial work, including employment law defense, property title defense, personal injury defense, insurance defense (including products liability, premises liability, professional liability, and bad faith as well as coverage disputes), representation of corporate clients (in cases involving products liability, mass tort, and pharmaceutical liability defense), and commercial litigation (including contract matters and non-consumer collections).
Regina’s willingness to take difficult cases to trial places her clients in the best possible position with opposing parties in settlement negotiations or trial.
Young also defends employers against EEOC charges and defends employers in federal and state court litigation and appeals, including claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, 42 U.S.C. Sections 1981 and 1983 and state law claims involving trade secrets, non-compete agreements, arbitration agreements, wrongful discharge, the Arkansas Civil Rights Act and the Arkansas Minimum Wage Act.

Since 2012, Mid-South Super Lawyers has recognized Young for her work in Civil and Employment Litigation Defense and, in 2016 and 2018. Young has also been recognized by Soiree Magazine as a “Best Lawyer” in Little Rock in the category of litigation.
