Lindsey C. Hodge is an experienced trial litigation paralegal whose work focuses on e-Discovery project management and complex litigation. Her greatest strengths are data analytics and the planning and monitoring the progress of e-Discovery projects to ensure efficient and timely delivery for firm clients.
Hodge has been involved in document reviews since 2004. As a key member of WLJ e-Discovery Solutions, she works on all aspects of e-Discovery, including vendor evaluation and selection, data processing, search term development, review analytics, structuring review protocols and teams, and ultimately the production of electronically-stored information in compliance with court rules and industry standards. Hodge also assists with development and implementation of best practices, workflows, and procedures for e-Discovery and data intake and retention.
In the field of e-Discovery, her technical expertise and detailed approach are extremely valuable to firm clients. Her strengths include projections, planning, project management, and quality control. In addition, since she has worked on all of the stages involved in e-Discovery, she has unique insight to offer, and her knowledge allows her to work seamlessly with attorneys, vendors and client representatives.
Hodge attended Louisiana State University and majored in accounting. Her undergraduate studies focused on auditing, generally accepted accounting principles, logistics and operations management.
Hodge puts her accounting and other skills to work as the Treasurer of Indian Hills Elementary PTA, where she has served since 2017. She is also an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
