Ben Nye focuses his practice on both trial-oriented matters and commercial litigation. His practice includes handling matters in products liability, premises liability and automobile accidents.
Nye earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law. While in law school, he served as Lead Articles Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review. He was also active as a mentor of first-year students and as a legal research and writing tutor. In his second year, he was inducted into the Alpha Circle of the Omicron Delta Kappa honor society.
He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association and DRI.
Outside the office, Ben enjoys playing guitar, jogging and floating the Buffalo River.
Nye is from Little Rock, Arkansas. He attended the University of Arkansas and earned a degree in political science. At the University of Arkansas, he was active in Sigma Nu Fraternity and was a student ambassador. Before law school, Nye worked as a leadership consultant and associate director of communications for Sigma Nu Fraternity’s international headquarters office.
