"What Do I Do Now?" Seminar Addresses Hot Topics in Labor & Employment Law

On Tuesday, June 28, 2016, Wright Lindsey Jennings will host its second “What Do I Do Now?” seminar in Little Rock, focused on challenging Labor & Employment issues. In this seminar, we’ll explore several more scenarios which you could potentially face in 2016, including:

  • Realizing you need to transition salaried employees to hourly given the upcoming changes to the DOL regulations;
  • Having a manager who wants to fire an employee for a meritless claim of harassment; and
  • Having an employee who is transitioning genders.

We’ll offer our thoughts on what to do.

Please join us for this free seminar and complimentary lunch. The seminar will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the WLJ Conference Rooms (Floor 23) at our offices in the Bank of America Building (200 W. Capitol Avenue) in Little Rock.

RSVP your attendance by contacting Roben Sullivant (rsullivant@wlj.com) on or before Friday, June 24, 2016.
