Vicki S. Vasser-Jenkins to Present at NWA Emerging Leaders Board Service Certificate Program
Wright Lindsey Jennings attorney Vicki S. Vasser-Jenkins will present a session on “Legal and Ethical Considerations of Board Service” at the Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders board service certification program on Friday, August 26. The event, which is being held at the University of Arkansas Global Campus at the Arkansas World Trade Center in Rogers, is a certificate program to assist emerging leaders in pursuing leadership and service positions with non-profit boards, and to create a reputable source for organizations to recruit motivated individuals to serve in such leadership capacities.
The certification training will kick off with “Networking with a Purpose,” a non-profit showcase on the evening of Thursday, August 25, to provide attendees with the forum to meet and explore service opportunities with area non-profit organizations. WLJ is a proud sponsor of the networking event.
Vasser-Jenkins assists clients across the states of Arkansas and Missouri in the areas of family law, estate planning/probate, corporate and transactional matters, trust litigation and special education. Vasser-Jenkins earned her B.S. degree from the University of Arkansas (magna cum laude) and her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law (cum laude). She also holds her Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Vasser-Jenkins is an Inactive Certified Public Accountant (Oklahoma).
