Leadership in greater Little Rock

On Wednesday, Sept. 27, the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce revealed the newest members of Leadership Greater Little Rock, Class XXXIII, at a formal announcement ceremony at the Clinton Presidential Center. Neemah A. Esmaeilpour, a Wright Lindsey Jennings associate attorney, is among the 50+ individuals selected to participate in the class.

Esmaeilpour is a labor and employment attorney who represents employers and professionals in a variety of employment matters. His areas of practice include discrimination, minimum wage and overtime, employee leave, employment contracts, severance agreements, covenants not to compete, unemployment claims and EEOC/DOL investigations. His practice also includes employment-based immigration with an emphasis on petitions for foreign-born physicians, academics and researchers.

Esmaeilpour is a member of the American, Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He also serves on the board of the Arkansas Judges & Lawyers Assistance Program (JLAP). Prior to law school, Esmaeilpour spent seven years as a photojournalist.

Each year, approximately 50 class members are selected from hundreds of applicants to participate in the nine-month leadership program created and facilitated by the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce. One day per month, October through June, the class meets at a different Central Arkansas venue to explore topics through expert speakers, panelists, tours and group presentations. Designed to develop a network of skilled leaders, the program informs and trains participants on a wide variety of local and public issues.
