Kayleigh C. Dulaney
With an LL.M. in Taxation, Kayleigh Dulaney advises individuals, partnerships, closely held businesses and charitable organizations in a diverse range of tax-related areas including entity formation, real estate transactions, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and federal and state tax law. She also provides clients with planning services such as succession planning, estate planning, probate administration, and the preparation of wills and powers of attorney. Dulaney advises nonprofit entities in applying for, obtaining, and maintaining tax-exempt status. Dulaney is well-suited to address a variety of tax disputes and compliance issues at the local, state, and federal levels.
While earning her LL.M. at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Dulaney served as a Graduate Student Editor for the Florida Tax Review. During her time at the UALR Bowen School of Law, she was the Executive Editor of the UALR Law Review and a member of the Trial Competition Team. Dulaney also worked in the UALR Tax Clinic representing clients in both state and federal tax controversies.
